How long is the commitment?

All retainers run on a 12-month minimum. Hospitality is too seasonal for shorter terms to make sense on either side.

What if we already have an in-house marketing team?

Most of our retainers sit alongside in-house teams, not in place of them. We handle execution and senior creative leadership; your team keeps the strategic ownership.

What does "website updates" cover?

Content updates, image swaps, menu uploads, seasonal landing pages and small layout changes. Full rebuilds are scoped separately.

Can we add things mid-contract?

Yes. Additional shoots, campaigns or larger projects can be added at agreed day rates. Always quoted upfront, never as a surprise.

Who actually does the work?

A senior creative lead on every account, supported by a team across design, photography, video, content and digital. You’ll know your team by name.

How quickly do you respond?

Within one working day for The Seasonal and Always-On. Same-day priority response for Full Partner.

How do we pay?

Monthly direct debit, invoiced on the first of each month.

What month one looks like.

Every retainer starts the same way.

1. Discovery. A working session to understand the brand, the commercial goals, the calendar and the audience.

2. Asset audit. A review of what exists photography, brand assets, content library, channels and what needs building.

3. Twelve-month plan. A marketing calendar mapping every shoot, campaign, menu and content moment for the year ahead.

By the end of month one, you have a plan you can run the year against and the team to deliver it.
